AGRIMOLA S.P.A. is equipped with IQF “flow freeze” technology which is especially used to better preserve the quality of fresh fruits in pieces.
For pulp fruits, freezing is made in a static refrigerator or modern equipment that get quickly to 35 °C. Puree can be frozen with the a.m. equipment or aseptic packed in bags with external new iron drums with plastic cover andprotected again with plastic liner, or it can be stored in aseptic fixed tankers of 25 tons capacity. The equipment is completed with production’s lines to clean, sort and prepare specific for any single fruit and packing lines before and after the freezing process. A new optical sorter has been installed to sort out fruit not fit and extraneous material.
The factory is equipped with freezing rooms for storage at 0°C and at -18°C, a new buildingis foreseen for automatic storage at -25°C.
